About Me
Hi! I'm Jessica Kimball. I'm a Certified Full Spectrum Doula (CFSD) from small-town Park Rapids, Minnesota. I have lived here my whole life, and the beauty of the Northwoods is unmatched. My husband and I enjoy lake life with our three young daughters. We became parents in 2018, and it's been a wild ride ever since.
My passion for motherhood (especially the Fourth Trimester) was ignited after becoming a mother myself for the third time over. I've always peripherally sensed the gap in postpartum maternal resources and care, but it wasn't glaringly obvious until I began to do my research. This is clearly my calling, and it is my goal to revolutionize postpartum and make the Fourth Trimester into a time in which mothers not merely survive, but thrive.
My vision for supporting mothers includes both free and paid educational resources (both virtually and in-person), nutrition services, affordable virtual consults on things like the Fourth Trimester, Breastfeeding, and Infant Sleep, and creating accessibility of both virtual and in-person Doula services so I can create a Mothers First community both locally and nationwide.
