Birth support with a focus on planning, preparation + emotional support. Includes weekly video chats, one birth preparation class, Birth Plan guidance, virtual birth support, birth story processing, and two virtual postpartum check-ins.
Postpartum Services
In-Person
In-person Postpartum services include emotional support, breastfeeding + lactation support (from a Certified Breastfeeding Educator), nutrition services (designed to replenish a new mother's body), education + resources, light cleaning, baby care + education, and physical support. All of the information and care you need in one place - home.
Virtual
Focus on informational and emotional support. Weekly video check-ins, email + text support during service period, answering any and all questions you may have. Assisting with lactation challenges, answering baby questions regarding feeding, cues, sleep + more, postpartum healing tips + information, emotional support, mental health screening, and more.

Sliding Scale Option Available
A sliding scale allows our services to be obtained at multiple price points (based on the circumstances of our clients) so we can bring more support to mothers in our community.
Community thrives when accountability is a central value, because that is where trust grows. I trust that clients interested in obtaining my services will always practice honesty and transparency. As a caregiver, I deserve to get paid and my clients deserve access to services that will allow them to reclaim their power in motherhood and thrive after their transition.
Our pricing model features three tiers, designed to meet mothers where they're at. We want to create a community of trust. That's why we do not ask for income verification. I will not ask you about the price you're able to pay. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. Additionally, when I am paid fairly, I am able to invest more time and resources to free and lower cost offerings.
